Based in Madison, WI. Relocation assistance is available.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You’ll handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you’ll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
