Base pay range: $83,380.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including KPI achievement, inventory integrity, continuous improvement, and employee development of direct reports within the scope of their operational responsibilities.
- Follow all standard operating procedures, standard work, and customer-provided documentation; manage budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
- Ensure warehouse personnel comply with SOPs and workload demands; meet daily productivity goals with Supervisors, Foreman, and/or Leads.
- Lead special projects affecting site and network warehouse operations; analyze operations to improve cross-functional efficiencies.
- Assist with the site budget process and manage controllable costs to maximize net income.
- Develop and implement organizational policies; collaborate with safety, HR, and engineering to promote productivity improvements and network best practices.
- Develop staff to ensure capable management succession; manage customer inventory and apply sound security and distribution practices.
- Review activity, operating, and financial reports; take corrective action as needed; hire and downsize staff as required.
- Maintain daily department productivity and EIP/LM statistics; ensure commitment to Kenco Operating System (KOS); promote a safe work environment.
- Perform safety-focused duties and follow all safety rules; undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field; minimum three years of leadership experience.

Estimated travel: approximately 25% or less. A passport is not required but recommended.
