Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Investigate all EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Manage hazardous waste, air emissions, wastewater discharge, and other environmental programs.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, including drills and crisis management.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM preferred.

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to EHS processes.
• Proficiency with specialized EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Gensuite, Cority).
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to facilitate communication and training for a diverse workforce.
• Experience developing and implementing environmental sustainability programs or ESG reporting frameworks.
