Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager role located in Rockford, IL. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and managing leasing, rent collection, and account maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining the property’s cleanliness and appearance, adhering to company policies, executing marketing strategies to attract clients, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining records.

Additionally, the Property Manager will inspect the property regularly to ensure safety, security, and functionality.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive experience.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to manage leasing, rent collection, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for operating management software and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Experience or ability to uphold property maintenance standards, including inspections and collaboration with maintenance teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, resolve challenges, and meet goals while following company policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in property management or related fields is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management is an advantage.
