Impact as District Manager
As a District Manager, you will oversee 4-8 Tropical Smoothie Café Locations, ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and outstanding customer service. This role is about more than management – it’s about inspiring, mentoring, and driving performance across multiple locations. This position reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with senior leadership.
Core Responsibilities- Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, train, and empower managers and staff to drive engagement and results. Coach leaders for future growth.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs (sales growth, labor cost control, customer satisfaction), and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations within the assigned district.
