** Join Our Team as a Property Manager at our Brand New Lafayette Community!
**** What You’ll Do
*** Lead all day-to-day operations of a newly constructed affordable housing community
* Oversee leasing, compliance, resident relations, and financial performance
* Serve as the primary on-site leader for residents, partners, vendors, and internal teams
* Build strong, respectful relationships with residents while maintaining firm boundaries and expectations
* Coordinate with local agencies and service providers to support resident stability
* Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HOME, and voucher program requirements
* Manage budgets, rent collection, reporting, and variance tracking
* Supervise and support a small on-site team
* Maintain the physical and financial health of the community from lease-up through stabilization
** What You Bring
*** Affordable housing experience, with strong LIHTC knowledge (HUD experience preferred)
* Property management experience with operational and financial oversight
* Ability to work confidently with vulnerable populations, including homeless or at-risk residents
* Strong de-escalation skills, patience, and a resident-service mindset
* Experience collaborating with housing authorities, counties, and service agencies
* Lease-up experience preferred, but not required
* Leadership experience supervising on-site staff
* Comfort working independently while staying aligned with regional leadership
** Compensation & Benefits
*** Salary range: $50,000–$55,000, based on experience
