Salary: $85,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities include – Management of the daily operations of GSE Department to include the repairs and maintenance of general and special purpose aviation ground support equipment of company owned equipment and airport customers’ equipment. Primary contact with all activities relating to the proper operation, repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment in both gas and

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field of study is preferred. In Lieu of a degree, 15 years of proven experience in gas and diesel engine diagnosis, tear down, and repair, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Preferred to have 10+ years of proven GSE/Aviation leadership experience.
• Must have exceptional time management skills with a proven record of Analyzing, interpreting, and communicating complex issues with enhanced deadlines.
• Exceptional knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Knowledge of industry specific software and technology.
• Must reside within the company’s geographical footprint, which is in Rockford Illinois or surrounding area.
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint based criminal history background check as required by the FAA, TSA, and Port Authority.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
