CNC Mill SetupOperator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, day-shift position ideal for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

• Program and operate CNC milling machines using Mastercam and 3D models.
• Make on-the-fly program edits directly at the machine.
• Set up machines and design part fixtures to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Oversee and mentor Tier 3 machine operators, providing hands-on training and support.
• Run production jobs as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Mastercam and interpreting 2D/3D CAD models.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and fixture design.
• Experience with Doosan and Haas vertical and horizontal mills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with primarily 2D work, with occasional 3D toolpath programming.
