• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding techniques.
• Perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials according to job specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and conformity to engineering standards and specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor welding equipment issues or adjust parameters as needed.

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) relevant to manufacturing materials.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS D1.1) or equivalent demonstrable skill.
• Experience with fabrication, fitting, and grinding of metal components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual inspections of welds for quality and defects.

• Experience with robotic or automated welding systems.
• Additional AWS or ASME certifications (e.g., specific materials like aluminum/stainless steel).
• Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and weld specifications.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.
