An established food manufacturer with 80+ years of success is adding a Maintenance Supervisor following a major facility expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who wants influence, balance, and long-term career growth - not just a title.

• 2-2-3 rotating schedule - work approximately half the year
• Company history of promoting supervisors into senior leadership
• Recently expanded facility with modernized equipment
• Leadership team focused on sustainability, reliability, and people development

• Lead daily maintenance operations supporting production
• Coach and develop technicians while setting expectations and standards
• Improve equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and root-cause problem solving
• Partner with operations to support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
• 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance teams
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
• Comfortable using CMMS/ERP systems and standard business software
• A leader who's hands-on, accountable, and people-focused
