Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr
An established food manufacturer with 80+ years of success is adding a Maintenance Supervisor following a major facility expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who wants influence, balance, and long-term career growth - not just a title.

- Coach and develop technicians while setting expectations and standards
- Improve equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and root-cause problem solving
- Partner with operations to support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance teams
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
- Comfortable using CMMS/ERP systems and standard business software
- A leader who's hands-on, accountable, and people-focused
