Rockford Ball Screw is seeking a Machine Operator I for 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM) to operate and maintain roll threading and grinding equipment. You will follow setup sheets, load tooling, manage materials, and document production in the ERP system to ensure quality.
You will inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, troubleshoot issues with maintenance, and uphold 5S and PPE safety standards across a production cell. This full-time role offers overtime as needed.
