PCD Products Technician.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities include:
- Blueprint reading and interpretation, including a basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Attention to detail. Our PCD products require inspection to close detail and complete accuracy of inspection data recording.
- Promoting safe working practices and following all safety regulations on the shop floor.
Job Duties /Responsibilities:
- Use of and programming of inspection equipment (Zoller Genius)
- Use of multi axis wire EDM equipment (Vollmer)
- OD Grinding (if candidate has prior experience)
- Product packaging, internal stores as well as finished goods
Qualifications:
- Experience in a metal cutting and/or grinding manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic PC literacy with previous experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), AS400 or similar systems knowledge, with the ability to learn internal systems.
- Detail oriented with good documentation skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface well within a team and other departments.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
This position is 1 st shift, on site daily.
Hourly compensation; 40-hour base pay / week

Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a good work ethic, demonstrate reliable and punctual work habits, demonstrate safety consciousness, and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
