Rockford Ball Screw is seeking a CAM Programmer to create CNC programs for NPI and improve existing ones using the Esprit CAM system. You will select and test tooling to ensure quality and efficiency, and work with Manufacturing Engineering and operations to troubleshoot and implement improvements.
This full-time role follows a 45-hour work week from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, plus a quarterly bonus opportunity.
