Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role. Mon-Fri 7:30-5p with 1 half day 7:30-12. You will work at the 2601 N. Main St. Clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications
:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Required

Work Experience
:

• Computer experience. Required
• 1 year of professional nursing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
:

• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
• Bi-annual CPR certification. Required
