Oncology (Level I) RN – UW Health Swedish-American

Carbone Cancer Center, Rockford, IL

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day Shift Role. Shifts vary: 7:15 A-3:45 P, 7:30 A-4 P, 8 A-4:30 P, 8:30 A-5 P, or 9:30 A-6 P.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Program. Required
• BSN. Preferred
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
• 1 year of Inpatient, Outpatient Hospital, or Oncology patient care experience. Required
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
• ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification within 1 year of hire. Required
• OCN Certification preferred within three years of hire. Preferred
• BI-annual CPR certification. Required
