100% FTE, Day Shift Role. M - F 8:00 - 5:00 during orientation. Flexible after orientation: 4 - 10-hour days; 4 - 9-hour days and 1 4-hour day; remain on 5 - 8-hour days. You will work at the 1340 Charles St. Clinic in Rockford.

• Previous patient care experience in a medical facility. Preferred
• At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
• Computer experience. Required

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Preferred
• Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
