We are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring Nurse (LPN/RN) to contribute to the quality of life of our residents.
Job Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time
Hours: Available shifts are 7:00am‑3:30pm, 8:00am‑12:00pm, or 4:00pm‑8:00pm
Benefits: Holiday Pay, PTO, Retirement Plan/Match (full‑time status only)
Job Responsibilities- Passes out the medication to residents.
- Conducts nursing assessments.
- Completes daily charting.
- Oversees health needs of residents as a member of the nursing team.
- Supports continued memory program.
- Responds and acts appropriately in emergency or disaster situations.
- Other duties as requested.
- Currently a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois.
- Previous experience in assisted living or long‑term care environments.
- Previous experience working with persons with dementia or older adults.
