American Traveler is hiring an experienced Pediatric RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring PALS certification and recent pediatric experience.
Requirements- Active IL RN license
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- CPN (Certified Pediatric Nurse) certification preferred
- Pediatric unit on the 3rd floor
- 12-hour night shifts, three shifts per week
- Weekends and holidays required as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Local candidates are not eligible for this assignment
- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least one year and relocated with a new address to be eligible as a traveler
