Your Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee: You are the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care.
• You will perform basic landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and related duties, maintaining high quality and service standards.
• You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform physically demanding work, and lift/carry 35-80 pounds frequently.
• You will ensure all tasks are completed and prepared for the next day.

Job Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related fields preferred.
• If inexperienced, willingness to complete training within 6 months.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
