Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

• You will be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional landscape maintenance.
• You will perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance and may assist with other lawn care duties.
• You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding work and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds regularly.
• You will ensure all equipment and materials are prepared for the next day’s work.

• Attendance: Critical to meeting our customer service goals; attendance as required by your supervisor is essential.
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time effectively to ensure job profitability.
• Return Rates: Maintaining quality to minimize rework.
• Customer Retention: Building strong relationships through exceptional service.
• Utilization of Software & Processes: Using tools effectively to support all of the above.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar industries preferred.
• If inexperienced, willing to complete training within 6 months.

Benefits & Pay
