Associate Veterinarian

We are a 1 full‑time and 1 part‑time doctor practice in Rockford, Illinois where the cost of living and our competitive salary allows you to have more money in your pocket. We are looking toDWORD add a full time associate veterinarian to join our team which includes a full‑time office manager/CVT and 11 support staff of CVTs, VAs and receptionists. Hiring a DVM will maintain a suitable doctor‑to‑staff ratio, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Our owner, Dr. Katie Harbach, has a strong academic and mentoring background. We provide support, guidance, and freedom to develop and hone your skills, and we have a cooperative team that loves working at our clinic.

We expect the veterinarian to work closely with the office manager (also a CVT) and other support staff to provide high‑quality patient care and efficient appointment scheduling. The clinic does not have grooming/boarding, on‑call, or emergency duties.

• Direct and manage a team of CVTs and assistants to achieve efficient appointment schedules.
• Serve as the full‑time associate veterinarian and provide clinical care to all patients.
• Collaborate with the office manager and support staff to maintain high standards of clinic operationsEOF

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• Valid state veterinary license in Illinois.
• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic (preferred).
