Salary Range: $41,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and quality data accurately.
• Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment and tools according to schedule.
• Manage non-conforming materials, including identification, segregation, and disposition.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Generate quality reports and analyze data using statistical process control (SPC) tools.

• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA).
• Experience performing detailed inspections and conducting various product tests.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience participating in or conducting internal audits.
• Basic operation or programming experience with CMMs or other automated inspection equipment.
