• To verify property occupancy.
• To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.

• Complete inspections (mostly exterior only); most common type takes 5-6 minutes.
• Finish inspections within 4 days of assignment.
• Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards.
• Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
• Complete a short form in an app.
• Be able to spend extended periods driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

• Computer with an internet connection.
• Reliable vehicle (good gas mileage is a plus as you will be paying for your own gas).
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Printer.
• Pass a standard background check using a valid driver’s license.

This is a 1099 position. Each inspection has a flat rate; rates vary based on county and volume. Per inspection pay is equivalent to $30‑$40 per hour. Depending on the county and whether it is urban or rural, you may complete anywhere from 20 to 500 inspections per month, working 2‑30 hours per week. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month‑to‑month.

Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect, or are willing to cover a larger territory. No additional mileage reimbursement above the flat fee per inspection.
