Part-Time Retail Store Clerk

The Rockford Ice Hogs has immediate openings for Part-Time Retail Store Clerk located at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford IL.

• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service
• Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue)
• Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain an awareness of all apparel / merchandise options
• Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise
• Maintain displays neatness of store and proper signage

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
• Must be available nights weekends and holidays

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills

• Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player and work well with others
• Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games
• Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
