- Consult customers about their financial and personal objectives
- Identify customer credit needs and provide appropriate loan solutions and product offerings
- Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve business and organizational goals
- Work directly with customers and the branch finance team through the entire lending cycle from loan application to loan closing
- Follow up on leads produced through various channels and schedule appointments for the assigned branch
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Good communicator, self‑directed, rapport builder, and reliable computer skills
- Experience in sales, retail commission sales, rent‑to‑own sales, door‑to‑door sales, telesales/telemarketing, outside sales, cell phone sales, lead generation, prospecting, head bartender/server, or another related incentive/commission/tip position
- Self‑directed, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- 5‑day work week (no Sunday)
- Estimated 45–50 hours per week
- Most Saturdays; one day off during the week
