Job Title: Lead Installer

Pay Range: $28 - $31 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Job Site: Take full ownership of complex residential and commercial installations.
• Mentor and Develop: Guide and train junior installers, helping them grow their skills and build good habits.
• Solve Problems: When challenges arise, you’ll be the one to find creative, efficient solutions and communicate them to the team.
• Ensure Quality: From proper ductwork to flawless wiring and everything in between, your expertise will guarantee the highest standard of work.
• Deliver an Experience: As the face of Edelman on the job site, you will provide a high-quality, professional experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
• Certifications: EPA certification is required.
• Expertise: A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration. You can install braze and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
• Mindset: You’re a Solutions Driven problem-solver and a Humbly Confident leader who is ready to mentor the next generation of technicians.
• Dependability: You’re a proactive, safe, and organized worker who maintains your vehicle and tools with pride.
