This is a great opportunity for a skilled, hands-on technician who would like to be a part in launching a community serving individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness - making a meaningful impact from day one.
** What You'll Do:
*** Perform skilled maintenance and repair work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general building systems.
* Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently.
* Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure property curb appeal.
* Maintain common areas and grounds, including seasonal upkeep.
* Respond to emergency maintenance calls with professionalism and urgency.
* Collaborate with vendors and property teams to ensure smooth operations.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Two or more years of maintenance experience in property management or a related trade.
* Valid driver's license, insurance, and an insurable driving record.
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
* EPA HVAC Type ll or Universal, or CPO certification preferred.
* Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently.
