Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus overtime as needed

What You'll Be DoingThis isn't a job where you'll spend your day doing the same thing over and over. You'll use your skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities to keep our apartment community running smoothly.
You Will- Diagnose and complete repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Complete service requests in occupied apartment homes efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, not just temporary fixes
- Prepare apartments for new residents and make sure they're move-in ready
- Complete preventative maintenance to help catch problems before they become bigger ones
- Help keep the property looking great, including curb appeal and seasonal grounds needs
- Accurately document and track work orders in our maintenance system
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and your property team
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent after-hours maintenance needs
- Take ownership of your work from start to finish
