To be responsible for supervising and coordinating all client activity and in-house work assignments of the women participating in the Recovery Program during the weekend hours. To ensure the safety and security of the RRMM building complex housing the Recovery Program.

• Requires sitting 50% of the time.
• Occasional travel to various locations.

• Involvement with Women’s Life Recovery Program
• Monitor in-house work assignments and performance of clients.
• Assist in the transportation of Recovery Program clients with medical, mental health, employment and other necessary outside appointments and Saturday shopping trips.
• Supervise Sunday operations. Be available to those staying in-house due to illness on Sunday mornings.
• Conduct random and as indicated drug screening with Recovery Program clients.
• Supervise resident visitor hours.
• Monitor medicines needed by residents during weekend shift.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Clerical responsibilities
• Document all Recovery Program activities and file appropriately (i.e., daily log book, incident reports, client and guest files, etc.).
• Write resident observations.
• Assist in other areas of ministry as needed or perform duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Reaching and bending.
• Spiritual responsibilities
• Take every opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others.
• Provide spiritual encouragement to staff, volunteers, guests, and residents.
• Invest in the spiritual development of staff, guests, residents, and donors.
• Pray for and with staff, volunteers, guests, residents, and donors.
• Ensure actions and policies reflect the Christian values and purpose of the Mission.
• Handle relational conflicts according to the Staff Covenant of Romans 12:18 and Matthew 18:15-19.
• Memorize monthly Scripture, Mission Statement, and Mission Core Values.
• Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings.
• Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
• Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.

• Must have strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Minimum requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be active in a local Christian church.
• Must demonstrate compassion toward the poor, needy and homeless.
• Must have strong leadership qualities and demonstrate character traits of integrity, trustworthiness, responsibility, etc.
• Must display respect, gentleness and accountability when interacting with Recovery Program clients.
• Must be teachable and function as a team player.
• J03 license required within 90 days of hire.
