QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Business Solutions Group, you will own features end to end, from architecture through deployment and monitoring. This supportive mid-level role offers $68,000 - $100,000, the freedom to own your roadmap, and a team that helps you grow.

• Keep the Spec Flow build pipeline green so Rockford deploys never wait on a red light
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Team Leadership
• Catch the quietly-relentless Test Rail regression in staging before it ever reaches Rockford customers
• Keep the technology Test Automation service humming through Rockford's holiday traffic surge
• Wire Sauce Labs APIs to Test Rail consumers so data lands where Rockford teams expect it
• Stitch BDD events into the Mobile Testing pipeline feeding Business Solutions Group's technology reports
• Reach into legacy Team Leadership modules and leave them cleaner than you found them
• Ship the qTest safety-first rewrite that pays down years of Business Solutions Group technical debt

• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
• A Rockford grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Demonstrated calm when a Rockford, IL client changes scope mid-stream
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard

Quietly, from Rockford, Business Solutions Group has become the fiercely-supportive technology partner that IL's most demanding teams refuse to replace. Every QA Engineer at Business Solutions Group owns an outcome, not just a checklist of tasks.

Compensation lands at $68,000 - $100,000, mentorship is built in, and the path from here to senior technology work is mapped, not vague.
