Epidural Steroid Injections (Cervical, Lumbar and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks
Provider HoursMonday-Thursday: 7:30am-5pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12pm
No On Call
- New/Existing Patient exams and consultations
- Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
- Chart Reviews
- Documentation-timely and accurate
- Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients

Job Requirements- Physician Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R
- Current License in NC
