OverviewArby’s is looking for a General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Drive hiring, training, and retention to reach sales and profit goals.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers top results and upholds Arby’s Core Values.
- At least one year of general manager experience within a restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to provide exceptional service.
- Humility, willingness to learn, and readiness to jump in and help the team.
- Competitive salary up to $60,000 annually (based on experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $18,000 per year
