This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products under license, but is a separate company and employer. All employment matters—hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled by the franchisee.

Responsibilities & Qualifications- The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Works with the leader to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities, helps them set goals, tracks progress, and provides coaching and direction.
- May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
- Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, a strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
