As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security‑related incidents. By conducting routine patrols and remaining visible, you will contribute to a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and communication. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and observe for any irregularities.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and site leadership.
• Support a secure environment by remaining alert to unusual activities or conditions in the location, especially those specific to the food and beverage industry.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions or information as needed, maintaining a professional and approachable manner.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
