Part‑Time, Hourly Paid Position
Starting at $13 per hour without certification or $14 per hour with certification. Once certification is obtained, tenure increases the rate.
Schedule
Monday 6:00 am – 1:00 pm;
Tuesday 11:00 am – 6:30 pm;
Wednesday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

- Engage with members to drive loyalty to PE@PF; the trainer should be motivational, inspirational, and provide continuous encouragement.
- Foster team member understanding of the PE@PF program.
- Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background, and personal goals.
- Train Planet Fitness members during PE@PF small group training sessions.
- Inspect and maintain all equipment and report findings to the appropriate individual(s).
- Track and record all PE@PF success metrics.
- Monitor primary workout areas to ensure members are using the equipment appropriately.
- Assist in providing a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
- Level 1 Trainer:
Uncertified, actively working toward certification. - Level 2 Trainer:
Certified with NCSF or other nationally accredited certification.
