• Our client partners with organizations across a broad geographic region to deliver construction solutions aligned with goals and objectives. Their team is composed of experienced construction professionals and trusted trade partners who excel in occupied‑space projects, complex renovations, and ground‑up builds. Their portfolio spans multiple sectors, including retail, restaurant, corporate, and general commercial environments.
• They are looking for a Construction Estimator to manage the entire pre‑construction/bidding process from conception to award turnover.

• Manage the entire pre‑construction/bidding process from conception to award turnover.
• Responsible for cost‑estimating commercial projects (conceptual budgeting and hard bids).
• Thoroughly review bid documentation, identify risk, and develop bid strategies.
• Perform detailed trade and vendor take‑offs and level trades.
• Prepare scopes of work, detailed estimates, and customer proposals (CSI breakdowns, alternates, etc.).
• Maintain and develop the trade/vendor database and cost history database.
• Execute transition meetings with Project Management/Superintendent teams upon award.

• Strong commercial estimating background required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction estimating experience required.

• Base salary up to $140,000 per year
