- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. - Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
This is a 40-hour per week position.
Maine Health Behavioral Health - Rockland | Maine Health is looking for a Patient Service Representative. As a PSR in Orthopedics, you'll be the friendly expert who helps patients navigate their care with ease. From coordinating appointments to supporting a fast-paced clinical team, you'll play a key role in helping patients get back to doing what they love.
What you'll do- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
- Answer phones and assist with appointment coordination
- Verify insurance and process referrals
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:
N/A
Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
