Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rockland, ME location. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure efficient store performance.

• Ensure smooth and efficient counter sales operations, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels in accordance with company standards.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory to drive revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to grow sales and expand customer base.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Oversee the maintenance and appearance of the facility to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) to maintain financial accuracy.
• Supervise counter and warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Prior experience in retail or store management preferred.
