The Museum Director is a member of the leadership team and serves as a steward of the overall mission, vision, health, and sustainability of the Sail, Power, & Steam Museum (SPSM) and Midcoast Sailing Center (MCSC). This is a collaborative role—not a traditional hierarchical executive position. The Museum Director works alongside functional leaders to establish priorities, solve problems, allocate resources, and advance the mission.
