Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to oversee and control the extraction line process at our manufacturing facility. This role.
Rect critical in maintaining the consistent quality and efficiency of our production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to develop and implement their own abilities to support operating industrial machinery. - Operate and monitor the extraction line equipment to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings and controls as needed to meet production specifications.
- Perform regular checks on product quality, machine performance, and raw material levels.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality control guidelines.
- Identify and report process deviations, mechanical issues, or potential safety concerns to maintenance or supervision.
- Assist in minor troubleshooting JS and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks.
- Record operational data, such as production volume, equipment performance, and downtime, in logs or digital systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment operation.
- Ability to JNICALL read and perform basic mathematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment; experience with extraction lines preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
