As a Service Advisor
, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our service department. You’ll greet clients, manage service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

• Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in person, by phone, and online
• Create work orders and accurately record customer concerns and requests
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair progress
• Communicate with technicians to relay information and update customers
• Provide estimates, explain recommended services, and review invoices
• Coordinate warranty claims, PDI completion, and first service bookings
• Help ensure excellent customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in managing the flow of work through the service department

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive/powersports role
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of mechanical components on ATVs, motorcycles, side‑by‑side, and small engines
• Strong communication
