The Manager, First Line Business Unit Risk Management, is responsible for leading a team of First Line Business Unit Risk Specialists and partnering closely with stakeholders across all three lines of defense to support the execution of Rockland Trust's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework. This role supports the Business Unit execution of key risk management programs, including Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Issues Management, Incident Management, Third Party Risk Management, Model Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Consumer Compliance.
