As an RPA Summer Intern

As part of the Automation team, you'll gain exposure to real-world development projects while building technical skills that are increasingly in demand across the technology industry.

In addition to your individual responsibilities, you'll collaborate with fellow interns from across the organization on signature projects

• Assist senior RPA developers in designing and building automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Support the development and enhancement of automated business processes.
• Learn how automation solutions are designed, developed, tested, and deployed.
• Participate in identifying opportunities where automation can improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Help test and validate automation workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving bot errors under the guidance of experienced developers.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements.

• Assist with documenting automation workflows, technical solutions, and process requirements.
• Help map business processes and identify potential automation opportunities.
• Support the creation of process documentation, user guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Help monitor deployed bots to ensure automation processes are operating effectively.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating automation issues.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions.
