Nursing Supervisor, Nights, RN or LPN

Bay Path Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is hiring an 11PM-7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN)

Located at 308 Kingstown Way Duxbury, MA

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with admissions
  
  Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
