• Medication management and medical oversight
• Oversee training of direct care staff
• Document medical appointments and medical issues
• Inform care managers and parents of any medical changes
• Provide on-call support (telephone only) on a rotational basis

including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g., lifting, standing). Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.

All job titles must meet the following minimum requirements:

• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License

(desirable requirements beyond MQRs above)

• Med/Surg experience
• Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population

• Compensation is from 85,000 USD to 95,000 USD per year
• Additional compensation in the form of an experience differential and bonuses

• M-F 10a-6p

• Reduced Caseloads (Max of 8 per Program)
• Minimal Direct Care (Medication Management, etc.)
• Increased Work-life Balance (10a-6p); 40 hours per week
