Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot

Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.

Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcomes customers to the store and assesses kitchen and/or bath project needs.
• Provides showroom tours and coordinates kitchen and/or bath measurements.
• Delivers design recommendations and reviews room designs with customers for purchasing decisions.
• Monitors and restocks samples and brochures to support In Stock initiatives.
• Maintains an appealing and safe showroom environment to support Store Appearance.
• Supports sales goals by aligning services with store priorities.
