Sales​/Service Representative

Summary:

Responsible for providing service to Aire-Master customers and actively growing the business through the sales of new prospects, increasing services to existing customers, and selling products.

• Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
• Actively sells new service and products to existing customers and new prospects.
• Provides service to new and existing customers according to frequency, specification, and Aire-Master standards.
• Maintain and build relationships with Aire-Master customers by including customers in quality inspection of service and actively resolves any outstanding issues.
• Collects payment from customers and completes route paperwork (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Participates in meetings.
• May be involved with training new franchise operators and/or franchise employees.
• Assists other departments or routes within the organization on sales and route division material and information or completion.
• Travel and/or overnight stays may be required occasionally.
• Maintains proper inventory levels on the vehicle to effectively provide service and products to customers.
• Responsible for keeping track of maintenance on the company vehicle, such as taking the vehicle to the car wash regularly and scheduling oil changes through the manager, as well as reporting any mechanical issues to the manager.

• Ability to sell.
• Gain vast knowledge of our product and services through continuous training via video modules, as well as in person with sales manager.
• Must possess good communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Must have and maintain a good driving record.
• Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to step up and down on the route kit (12 inches) and use ladders of varying sizes.
