Job Type: Superintendent(5+ years Exp; DSA experience preferred)

Project Types:
Commercial, Rehab, DSA, Community Colleges, K-12, Residential

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and Pro Core for project documentation and management.
- Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained.
- Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, Pro Core, and project scheduling.
- Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading.
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
