We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.

• This is a full‑time position
• Tuesday-Friday
• 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

• Current certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) in California
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Coronal Polishing certificate required.
• An outgoing and friendly personality
• Must enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual in either Spanish or Russian is preferred.

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post‑treatment.
• Take dental x‑rays according to dentist's orders.
• Manage infection control — prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (tooth brushing, flossing, etc.)
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.
• Provide administrative support when necessary.
