• Prepare and present lecture and laboratory instruction in general business and management.
• Develop curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, coursework and supplemental materials.
• Evaluate student performance via quizzes, exams, projects, and assignments.
• Provide academic advising, office hours, and support for student success.
• Participate in shared governance, committees, and professional development.
• Seek continual improvement in instructional methods and student engagement.

• Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Teaching experience in community college setting preferred.
• Strong classroom communication, lecture, laboratory instruction skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to student equity and inclusion.
• Excellent organizational and collaborative abilities.

Entry‑level salary range: $66,812.56 – $89,100.00 annually, based on experience and education. Benefits include health and welfare, STRS membership, sick leave, and sabbaticals.
